While we are pretty sure our products won’t disappoint you a bit, this is just in case something goes wrong (Don’t worry, we’re here!).
Each of our products is carefully handcrafted and while we try to deliver exactly as in the picture, there might be a very slight difference as they are handmade entirely.
Orders once shipped can’t be cancelled and won’t be eligible for refund.
We don’t offer returns/exchanges in our accessories, however, in case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, here is what you need to do :
- Update us within five working days via Email or Ping us on Instagram.
- Your item will then be exchanged.
- The unboxing video is mandatory.
- In case your item is unavailable, the amount will be credited to your bank account.
We will need an unboxing video to verify that the product was damaged on our end. And if the defect is found at our end, we offer an exchange and not a refund.
Please note: A Rs.100 charge will apply for exchange.
